Since 1964 we have been manufacturing and developing wood products for industry and trade. In our assortment there are not only traditional multigrooved dowels in 4 types of wood and wooden biscuits but also pre-glued dowel pins or wooden screws.

With over 100 different formats in 4 wood species, we have the most complete range of wooden dowel pins in Europe. Fast uncomplicated delivery as well as a stock of around 25,000,000 wooden dowel pins make us a strong partner.

Our multigrooved dowels are manufactured according to DIN 68150 and are suitable for industrial processing as well as for carpenters and joiners. Almost all common formats and wood types are in stock and accordingly available within the shortest possible time.
Spiral dowels for "rack construction" are also still a fixed component in our production

Available wood species are: Beech, Oak, Ash and Mahogany
Special wood species and special packing or special diameters are available on request.

Pre-glued dowel pins, as well as our standard "normal" dowel pins, are manufactured according to DIN 68150.

The diameter, on the other hand, is set 0.1mm weaker - this has proven itself accordingly in recent years. This dowel pin is coated with glue and dried.
Instead of glue, water is used so that the glue coating can be activated. 

All machines known to us with which wooden dowel pins are "shot in/driven in" can be converted accordingly - for more information, however, contact your machine manufacturer.

Advantages: clean processing therefore no cleaning of glue nozzles required.
Disadvantages: longer drying time | higher price

Like dowel pins, multigrooved rods are manufactured in accordance with DIN 68150.

Due to the selection of different types of wood, more possible uses are available here.

All common sizes from 5 to 20mm are in stock and consequently available within shortest time. Special designs are possible at any time upon request.

The standard length of our multigrooved bars is 100cm.

The bundles are as follows: 5 - 12mm at 100pcs each | 14 - 20mm at 50pcs each

Grooved tenons (dominos) are manufactured according to DIN 68150.
We keep all common formats in stock and can deliver them within a very short time.

Grooved tenons (dominos) are also available as a strip for cutting in a length of 750mm.
All formats correspond to slot sizes of commercially available hand milling machines

Wooden biscutis, or connecting plates, are of excellent quality and are therefore ideally suited for industrial processing.
Sizes 0 | 10 | 20 | 3 and S6 are available from stock.

For standard sizes 0 | 10 | 20 we also offer 2 versions:
natural beech and beech plywood

The advantage of beech plywood is sometimes the 100% perfect fit. Due to the lower swelling behavior, a longer pressing time can be expected.

All wooden biscutis are packed in cartons of 1000 pcs each.
However, we also offer loose packing as well as self-service packing.

Wood screws are made of either beech or maple.
Our well thought out design is simple in construction.
The goal was to create a high quality metal-free connection with simple standard drills and without the need for CNC machining.
More than drill bits in the diameters 16 | 20 | 25mm are not needed for the processing moreover.
A universal key can be used for all variants and the system can be combined in different variations.

Our cone system is made of solid beech wood and can withstand high loads.

Our system was developed for metal-free and re-assemblable connections (such as for beds) according to Feng Shui or Bioline.

SERIES MODELS:
KON3S - LxWxH 200x25x16 mm with 3 cut-outs for 3 cone dowels which are inserted into the counterpart with a 12mm drill bit
KS32 with 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 cut-outs in 32mm pitch suitable for the standard grid of an oblong hole drilling machine. Further in this system there is a horizontal version with 3 tenons and a round version for a 35mm drill hole [dowel diameter 10mm]. The cone bar for the vertical version has the format 16x25mm and lengths from 110 - 238mm - for the horizontal version the format 110x35x16mm

Half-timbered nails are milled, or turned in 2 versions and are best suited for the traditional construction of roof trusses. Especially carpenters use them again and again.
